1.能否告诉我们wafer上大概共有多少个芯片吗？以便我们确定购买的wafer数量。同时能否为我们提供芯片的剪划和bump的规格以及wmf的文件。
2.能否告诉我们学生证标签这个产品的天线印刷使用的是什么型号的银浆吗？
3.ASK是否已经做过了Picopass的实验，如果已经做过能否给我们提供一个现有的P&P的植入程序？如果没有，那我们设定一个植入程序会需要多长时间呢？
4.关于模切刀，如果ASK有现成的刀具，我们还是希望从ASK

We want to negotiate four questions with you about the products:
1.In order to make us comfirm the quantities of the wafers which we puprchased , Could you tell me how many chips were about on the wafer togogher ? At the same time, could you offer the cutting drawing of the chips and the specification of bump ,and the documents of wmf for us?
2.Could you tell us which model number's sliver liquid we should use when we printed the antenna of the lable of the student's identify card ?
3.Could you tell us if ASK has made a test for Picopass ? if you did , if you will be able to offer the present implantation programmes about P&P for us?Providing you didn't do ,could you tell us how long we will enact it ?
4.For the slittrs , if ASK has the present cutters , we still hope we can purchase them from ASK , and you had better arrange Guy to bright them here.
