     新上20万吨/年漂白化学热磨机械浆(BCTMP)工程，以满足40万吨/年白纸板/白卡纸工程的用浆需要，引进世界先进的工艺技术和设备，建设浆料制备车间和造纸车间，年产30万吨胶版印刷纸。

     四、项目建设条件

     公司已建立了建设此条生产线所需要的原料基地20万亩速生林基地，能满足项目建设需求。

     五、项目总投资及资金来源

     总投资31600万美元。

     六、市场及经济效益分析预测

     新增热磨机械浆20万吨，年销售收入13398万美元，利税434万美元；新增胶版印刷纸30万吨，利润4500万美元。
